The Hey Girl Hey 2023 Wellness Conference to The Capacity Conference
The Hey Girl Hey Conference formerly called “The Renewed Conference” was launched in 2011 to provide sisterhood, life skills + empowerment for women to further advance their lives and accomplish their dreams. In 2024 we are addressing the capacity it takes to be successful in every area of our lives. We continue to help women bond with other women in the community to provide a safe place and support system where they can confidently share like experiences. Our expert panel of speakers are trained not only with professional careers but also life experiences to promote self-care and clarity to each individual in attendance.

Simply put, at our conferences we are committed to empowering women to embrace their full potential, find balance, and thrive in every aspect of their lives especially in self-care. Our mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive community that nurtures women's complete wellness, celebrates self-care, strengthens marital bonds, fosters success in singleness, inhabits excellent parenting, and cultivates sisterhood, success in life, and support.
We believe that women are unstoppable forces of nature, capable of achieving greatness in all areas of life. Our conference is designed to equip, to pour back into women with the tools, knowledge, and inspiration they need to excel in entrepreneurship, develop essential life skills, and attain productivity while maintaining a harmonious balance in life, business and their workplace.
